Bath College is recruiting a Lecturer in Health and Social Care for Adult Community Learning on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 22 hours per week across two campuses (Dual Campus) with flexible scheduling including Fridays, typically 8:30 am–5:00 pm, 52 weeks a year.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, manage assessments, and support curriculum delivery within the ACL team, contributing to learner achievement and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Must hold a relevant teaching qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Experience of working in a care or clinical setting (e.g. hospital ward; nursing; care home).
• Qualified Lecturer Salary L5 and above (P27-P35) alignment with Bath College.”

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standards of teaching and learning and monitor assessment processes in line with awarding bodies.
• Deliver departmental core and additional programmes with a clinical health focus.
• Support delivery of Adult Skills Health provision, including Pre-Access in Health and Social Care; Sector Based Work Academy; Level 2 in work placements for CPD to care staff.
