Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking experienced Health & Social Care Lecturers to support FE students in London on a temporary, ongoing basis. You will deliver high-quality lessons, plan and assess learner work, and support learners to achieve their academic and career goals.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours with immediate or notice-based start, in a supportive FE environment and potential for further opportunities through Morgan Hunt.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Health & Social Care within Further Education or a similar setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care.
• Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE learners.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential.
• Relevant industry experience within Health & Social Care would be desirable.
• A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable.

Health & Social Care Lecturers on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to deliver high-quality Health & Social Care education and support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.

Location: London

Salary: up to £40 Per Hour

Contract: Temporary / Ongoing

Start Date: Immediate or after notice period

Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Interview: TBC

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to Further Education students.
• Teach across relevant Health & Social Care programmes and qualification levels.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support learners with different abilities and learning needs.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Support learners with their academic, personal and professional development.
• Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and college policies are followed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive learner outcomes.
