National Gas is hiring an Occupational Safety, Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to promote a proactive culture of health across the organisation. You will work with the health and wellbeing team, oversee surveillance programmes, and advise managers on best practices to protect employee health and safety.

You will manage health data, coordinate assessments, and drive preventative measures while supporting continuous improvement in workplace wellbeing.

Formación

• NEBOSH certificate or actively pursuing one.
• Strong drive to promote health, wellbeing and safety in the workplace.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and improve the health surveillance programme with compliant processes.
• Identify employees exposed to health risks and enrol them in surveillance.
• Consult with health providers, managers and staff to support assessments and implement recommendations.
• Monitor outcomes, analyse trends and identify emerging risks.
• Provide advice on occupational health, wellbeing and safety matters.
• Assist with risk management, inspections, investigations and compliance.
• Promote wellbeing through engagement, training and awareness initiatives.
• Support early intervention approaches to improve health and safety outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, safe working environment.
