What will you do as our new Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor?

You will enhance SHEA awareness, behaviors, and team collaboration, acting as an ambassador for our LIFE principles and linking strategy to outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operational teams in safety behavior development
  • Conducting site inspections and assurance visits
  • Delivering training and awareness programs
  • Measuring program impact and contribution to growth
  • Participating in forums to share best practices and safety initiatives

Skills, experience, and behaviors required:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate and IOSH membership (Technical grade or above)
  • CSCS Safety Professional card
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to earn trust
  • Passion for safety and creating supportive environments
  • Full clean UK driving license for site visits
