Job summary

ONFAB Limited in Middlewich, Cheshire, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE) Manager to lead compliance and continuous improvement across the business. You will drive the ISO 9001 framework, promote best practice in manufacturing, and work with engineering, manufacturing and operations to manage risk and enhance performance.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality and an internal or Lead Auditor

Qualifications

• Experience in an HSQE, Quality or Health & Safety management role.
• Background within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
• Experience managing ISO 9001 systems.
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related discipline.
• Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
• Experience within pharmaceutical or specialist manufacturing sectors.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE) Manager to lead compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our business.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead ONFAB's health, safety, quality and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining ISO 9001 standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with employees across engineering, manufacturing and operations to promote best practice, manage risk and enhance operational performance.
