Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Health & Safety role (retail/logistics/office experience ideal).
  • Experience with risk management, safety documentation, and audits.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel.

Based at our vibrant head office - Basecamp - you'll work within the current Group Health & Safety team, supporting our retail stores, offices, and fast-paced logistics operations. If you're NEBOSH qualified, confident with risk assessments and audits, and enjoy getting out and about to meet teams across the UK - this role is for you!

NEBOSH qualification and a full clean UK driving licence are essential for this role.

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Conducting risk assessments and compliance audits in retail, warehouse, and office settings.
  • Supporting our distribution and logistics teams to ensure safe practices.
  • Delivering engaging training and inductions (including occasional visits to retail sites).
  • Maintaining Health & Safety systems and ensuring ongoing legal compliance.
  • Promoting a proactive safety culture through clear communication and practical solutions.
  • Acting as the go-to person for safety advice across all departments and locations.
As our future Health & Safety Officer you will have:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate.
  • 3+ years in a Health & Safety role (retail/logistics/office experience ideal).
  • A confident communicator who can engage teams at all levels.
  • Experience with risk management, safety documentation, and audits.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel.
