A dynamic automotive group in the UK is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across its diverse operations. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining and elevating safety standards in alignment with UK legislation. The ideal candidate will possess recognised health and safety qualifications, along with proven experience in the automotive and engineering manufacturing industries. We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager who is ready to lead, influence and elevate standards across a diverse and fast–paced automotive environment. You'll take ownership of our HSE management system, ensuring our workshops, showrooms and operational sites not only meet UK legislation but set the benchmark for safety excellence. From risk assessments and audits to incident investigations, training and environmental compliance, you'll be at the forefront of creating a safe, proactive and engaged workplace.

Salary: circa GBP50k + Car allowance
Location: Hybrid. It would be best if you are in the Southwest of England: Berkshire, Wiltshire, Avon etc.
You’ll bring recognised H&S qualifications, proven experience in technical or high–risk industries such as Automotive, engineering manufacturing and a deep understanding of regulations from COSHH to LOLER. Just as importantly, you'll have the confidence to influence at all levels business.
