Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for a flagship Bristol project. You will lead safety on a major new build, shaping the on-site culture and pushing high standards from day one.
You'll work closely with the client, contractor and delivery teams through pre-construction to handover, performing audits and investigations, ensuring UK compliance and challenging processes where needed to deliver a safe, high-performance project.
A major build. A long term pipeline. Real responsibility from day one.
Kingston Barnes is partnering with a leading construction and project consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor / Manager for a flagship advanced manufacturing development in Bristol.
This is not a box ticking role.
We're looking for someone who wants to be properly involved in a technically challenging, high value project from inception through to completion. Someone confident enough to challenge standards where needed, build strong relationships on site and help drive a proactive Health & Safety culture across a major scheme.
The project itself is a complex, high specification development with multiple stakeholders, demanding standards and a strong long term pipeline behind it.
If you're frustrated in a role where you're simply ticking boxes and want to be part of a genuinely exciting major project with real responsibility and long term opportunity, we'd love to speak confidentially.
