We provide total capability in early construction phases, offering end-to-end or bespoke services, backed by technical design and engineering resources in piling, precast concrete, post-tensioning, and structures.

Role Overview

The Health & Safety professional will lead and manage health and safety delivery within Expanded and measure performance against strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide local advice and support to managers and staff to meet safety standards.
2. Facilitate and coach operational teams on Inclusion & Wellbeing and engagement tools.
3. Carry out assurance activities to ensure operational effectiveness of safety processes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Level 5 qualification
• Experience with civils infrastructure projects
• Technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Wellbeing
• Technical knowledge in Safety Risk Management
