Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager for its National Distribution Centre at Four Ashes, near Wolverhampton. You will lead H&S initiatives, develop policies and drive a strong safety culture across our distribution operations in the UK.

Ideal candidates hold a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and have proven H&S leadership in warehousing/logistics, with extensive knowledge of UK regulations and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in a health and safety management role within distribution, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing H&S policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
• Lead and drive health and safety initiatives across the distribution centre.
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits and inspections.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching on health and safety protocols.
