Job summary

Lavazza Professional UK is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental Management (HSE) Technician to support safety culture across manufacturing and offices. You will work with the HSE Manager to implement policies, conduct risk assessments and drive environmental initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, training deliverables and data-driven reporting to improve workplace safety and wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the HSE Manager and wider operational teams, you'll help support a positive health, safety and environmental culture across our manufacturing and office environments.

• Supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Assisting with site risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Helping ensure compliance with HSE legislation and company standards.
• Supporting accident and incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Assisting with environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Working with colleagues on machine and equipment safety projects.
• Maintaining HSE documentation and records.
• Supporting employee training and awareness activities.
• Monitoring HSE performance data and helping prepare management reports.
• Helping drive continuous improvement across health, safety and environmental performance.

We believe that achieving a healthy work-life balance is important.

Monday to Thursday

7:30am to 4:00pm

Friday

7:30am to 1:30pm

That's an early finish every Friday to help you make the most of your weekend.
