What’s the role?

The Leyland Facility is where the Chicago Town Pizzas started over 30 years ago. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our state-of-the-art production facility and play a key role working alongside our teams who are proudly making the Dr. Oetker and Chicago Town branded pizzas.

Who we are looking for?

At Dr Oetker we believe that our employees play a key role in our success. To help shape our future you must be able manage work effectively and prioritise workload in a reactive situation to ensure our suppliers meet our strict quality standards.

An effective communicator with a personable and professional manner, you will have excellent organisational skills combined with thoroughness and attention to detail. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the supporting tasks to ensure our compliance and quality processes are met.

An individual who will ensure information is maintained, tracked and dealt with within the agreed timescales in all of the relevant databases.

The ability to work within a fast paced environment is key, along with an ability to work (and stay calm) under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst demonstrating you have an excellent eye for detail.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role. Experience in organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points effectively.
