The SHEA Manager will focus on our North region but will also support the team nationally. The role involves partnering across all our social housing customers. It is a hybrid position, based in our Warrington office.

With responsibility for regional SHEA Advisors and our Electrical, Gas, and Passive Fire Compliance teams, you will collaborate closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, and clients to develop a strong safety and assurance culture committed to delivering excellence to our customers.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role requiring engagement with various stakeholders. You will conduct safety and assurance inspections onsite on maintenance and refurbishment projects, work with site teams and operational colleagues to promote continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior teams and the Head of SHEA to shape our safety and assurance strategies across the business.
As a SHEA Manager, you should hold relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH (General Construction), IOSH membership (desirable), Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection, P405, and environmental qualifications (advantageous). Experience in safety leadership and team management is essential. You should possess strong IT skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with a proactive, conscientious approach focused on delivering quality first time for our customers.
