Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Health & Safety Support Administrator to join the Health & Safety team at the Severn Trent Centre, Coventry. This 37-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will administer the Health & Safety reporting database, manage user access, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling. You’ll work with colleagues across the business, supporting reporting and providing system guidance and admin support.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, databases or business systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data handling principles.
• Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Health & Safety reporting database, ensuring access and permissions are correct and data is GDPR compliant.
• Support Health & Safety performance reporting via data exports and Power BI.
• Act as a point of contact for system users, guiding them and handling queries.
• Provide administrative support across the Health, Safety, Security & Resilience team and drive process improvements.
