Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a highly motivated Health & Safety Coordinator - Night to drive safety standards through advice, support and guidance. You will ensure compliance with regulations, investigate incidents, and implement risk controls on-site.

You will deliver safety training, conduct audits, and collaborate with management on improvement initiatives, with a 7-day operation including nights, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience in airside - recommendable not necessary.
• Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility in regard to your work availability is essential, as the operation run 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
