You will lead health & safety contractual service visits, provide documentation, advice, and assistance. The Health & Safety Department seeks hardworking professionals with high technical knowledge and experience. You will build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality, cost-effective consultancy services.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree/diploma level at GradIOSH or CMIOSH level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Conduct yourself professionally, including appearance, PPE use, communication, and compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Visit clients in person to support and advise as needed.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventative measures.
  • Perform health and safety visits to client premises per departmental protocols and contract requirements.
  • Submit reports and related documents as per client and departmental standards.
  • Advise clients on health and safety management systems and technical documents.
  • Act as the client's personal H&S lead to support processes and queries.
  • Advise on health and safety standards and best practices.
  • Manage time effectively to serve clients efficiently.
  • Attend meetings and training to maintain professional skills.
  • Maintain company vehicle appropriately.
  • Support clients in crisis management when needed.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Practical problem-solving abilities related to H&S.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality consultancy within commercial boundaries.
  • Autonomous and team-oriented working style.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail for hazard identification and investigations.
  • Process-driven with initiative.
