Ideal candidates should possess a NEBOSH General Certificate and have at least two years of relevant UK experience, along with strong customer service skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UK Health and Safety Experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing enquiries over telephone and email.

Responsibilities

• Offer health and safety advice to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
