Starting Salary: £45,189 per annum
Base: Gravesend, Kent

The role:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate advisor to join our dynamic Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team. If you're dedicated to making a real impact and helping create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring we meet all Health, Safety, and Wellbeing requirements, offering expert advice and guidance to departmental managers, safety representatives, and staff across the organisation. You’ll be involved in exciting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing projects and campaigns, so teamwork and attention to detail is crucial.
As an advisor, your strong communication skills will be essential. You'll be able to engage with stakeholders tactfully, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels.
