Job summary

Booker in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an administrator to support the day-to-day functions of the lead Trainers and the Health and Safety coordinator.

You must be adaptable to the needs of the business, able to work in a busy, changing environment and handle filing, training records, reports, and contractor RAMs with accuracy.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent.
• Administrative experience.
• Experience dealing with invoices/accident reports would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Filing and administration.
• Updating and maintenance of the training matrix and records.
• Updating of analytic reports.
• Support the Accident and investigation administration process.
• Maintenance of the accident database.
• Maintaining the contractor RAMs database.
• Supporting Health, Safety and Compliance processes.
• Supporting the training process for transport/ warehouse.
• Supporting with the control and monitoring of contractors.
• Supporting with H&S active monitoring with internal/external audits.

About the role
