Job summary

Irwin and Colton is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead HSE strategy at a large FMCG site in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will drive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, and align HSE and Facilities teams across a 650-person operation.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of UK HSE laws; you'll influence across all levels and support major projects with hands-on risk assessments and investigations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Experience leading safety teams in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
