Job Description:

Leading manufacturing company (FMCG) is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Leader to support and develop a medium-sized, fast-paced manufacturing site in Cheshire. The role focuses on ensuring the robustness of the safety management system, driving cultural change, and engaging the workforce to own safety.

Internally referred to as a Lead HSE Advisor, this position offers full creative control of the site, reporting to the Factory Manager with support from the Cluster HSE Lead. It is suitable for a developing HSE professional with site management experience or an existing HSE manager seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape safety practices and influence the future of HSE across the site.
