Health, Safety and Environment Advisor
Location: Kilmarnock (hybrid)
Salary: circa £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include:

1. Encouraging a proactive health and safety mindset across the site by providing clear, practical guidance to employees at all levels.
2. Assisting in the implementation and progression of site-wide Health, Safety and Environment initiatives.
3. Contributing to site inductions and training programmes, and coordinating with external contractors where needed.
4. Maintaining and continuously improving management systems in alignment with internal standards and best practices.

The successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:

• Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, ideally from within a lab environment.
• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and ideally a good technical knowledge of ISO standards.
• A proactive and practical mindset, with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
