Job summary

Ricoh UK is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support the Health and Safety Manager in embedding a Health Safety First culture across the business. You will drive risk assessments, update safe systems of work and manage the OH&S documentation accessible to all colleagues.

The role involves audits across sites, ensuring contractor compliance and maintaining external accreditations while promoting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace at Ricoh.

Qualifications

• Understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement high-quality risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Experience with OH&S management systems (ISO45001) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Health and Safety Manager in driving a Health Safety First culture across Ricoh UK.
• Undertake and implement risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Manage OH&S documentation and ensure accessibility for all employees.
• Perform audits to assess H&S performance and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier and contractor documentation and compliance with policies.
