Job summary

ATC, a global logistics and technical services specialist for data centers, is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support the Health & Safety Manager. You will help develop and maintain the occupational safety framework, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture across regions.

The role includes incident investigations, safety training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with site teams are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level EHS qualification (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar EHS role (essential).
• Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to train and engage employees.
• Strong planning, organization, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Analytical problem-solver with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety systems, programs, and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through the Safety Committee and employee engagement.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify safety, environmental, and occupational hazards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Review and approve customer site risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training, including monthly safety talks and health‑prevention programs.
• Monitor contractor compliance with Safety Policies.
• Act as a safety advisor on projects involving new or improved procedures.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
