Job Description:

Hays Health & Safety is working with a leader in construction based in the Lancashire area to find a proactive and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing organization. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will support the workload, manage Health & Safety documentation, and ensure compliance.

Requirements include 12+ months of experience in a construction Health & Safety role and a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.

The role

• Support general Health & Safety duties such as RAMS, audits, and toolbox talks
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture
• Ensure site compliance with legislation and advise stakeholders
• Analyze data to improve safety practices
• Review risk assessments and audits
• Identify trends from site reports

The candidate

• At least 12 months experience in construction safety
• NEBOSH General or equivalent qualification
• CSCS card is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
