Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health & Safety Adviser for a field-based role spanning Gosberton and surrounding Lincolnshire sites. You will conduct audits, support site teams, and drive health & safety compliance across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has construction sector experience, NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification, and a valid UK driving licence; travel and occasional overnight stays are expected.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or safety qualification or degree.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to travel to sites and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Health & Safety audits and inspections at construction sites.

• Travel between multiple sites with occasional overnight stays.
• Support office-based compliance documentation when needed.

Gosberton, Lincolnshire - Field Based / Regional Travel

Are you from a Construction or Health & Safety background looking for a field-based role where you will receive excellent training, long-term progression and the opportunity to develop your career within Health & Safety?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and growing organisation where you will work alongside an experienced Health & Safety team, receive ongoing development and progress into more senior positions.

The company are a well-established name within the construction industry and work across a wide variety of projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Health & Safety team.

In this varied field-based role, you will regularly travel to construction sites, carrying out Health & Safety audits and inspections and working closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure standards are maintained. You may visit multiple sites in a day, with occasional stayaways required. There will also be an element of office-based compliance and paperwork when required.

This role would suit someone with experience within the construction industry and an understanding of Health & Safety. You could already be working within Health & Safety or come from a construction/site background and be looking to develop your career in this area.
