Job summary

Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for Gosberton near Spalding to support SHEQ across construction projects and the wider business. You will be on-site providing practical H&S guidance to Project Managers and site teams, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing RAMS and incidents, and helping build a proactive safety culture.

The role involves toolbox talks, inductions and briefings, and supporting ISO accreditations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent (must-have)
• Strong grounding in SHEQ legislation and CDM requirements
• Experience in construction industry health & safety
• Confident carrying out inspections, audits and investigations

Health & Safety Advisor | Gosberton, Spalding + Package

Well-established family-run main contractor is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support SHEQ across their construction projects and wider business, based in Gosberton near Spalding.

You'll be out on site providing practical H&S advice to Project Managers, Site Managers and site teams — carrying out inspections and audits, reviewing RAMS, investigating incidents and helping build a strong, proactive safety culture. A hands‑on advisory role with real influence rather than box‑ticking.

The role:

• Site inspections, audits and monitoring SHEQ standards

• Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses
• Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and briefings
• Supporting ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations

What we’re looking for:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
• Construction industry experience
• Strong grounding in SHEQ legislation and CDM
• Confident carrying out inspections, audits and investigations
• IOSH membership (or working towards) desirable
• Full UK driving licence required
• Enhanced DBS required
