The role involves managing Health & Safety documentation, conducting audits, and promoting compliance on site. Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in Health & Safety, a NEBOSH General certificate, and strong communication abilities.

Hays Health & Safety are working with a leader in their area of construction based in the Lancashire area to find their next proactive and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join their fast-paced and growing organisation.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager you will play a significant part in sharing the hands-on workload whilst also managing Health & Safety documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and to a high standard.
They are looking for an individual who has 12 months+ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction and a NEBOSH General certificate or other equivalent qualifications.
