Job summary

Arden White Engineering is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join a Milton Keynes based engineering business on an initial 6-month contract.

You will review and maintain the SDS library, work with departments to understand material usage, and help input data into the new system as part of a platform transition. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and MS Office competency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SDS and COSHH would be beneficial but not essential.

• Engage with and liaise with various departments to understand how materials/substances are being used within operational activities, verify current practices, and identify existing control measures.
• As part of our transition from our existing system to the new platform, there will be a requirement to input data/assessments directly into the new system.

We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

• Review and maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) library, including sourcing updated or missing SDS documentation where required.
• Engage with and liaise with various departments to understand how materials/substances are being used within operational activities, verify current practices, and identify existing control measures.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience within a similar role.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Competent user of Microsoft.
• Working knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and COSHH assessments would be beneficial but not essential
