As part of the Culture and OD team, the People and Culture Practitioner works alongside Culture/OD and Human Resources/Employee Relations to support the implementation and embedding of our THRIVE values in our systems and processes.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Culture and OD, you will support cultural initiatives aimed at improving organisational performance and effectiveness. The role requires independent work with teams and individuals, focusing on respectful resolution and contributing to our Culture and OD strategy evolution.
The role will be aligned with core values and competencies, allowing you to leverage your strengths and experience.
