Job summary

Google Health in London is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to provide expert technical support, configure systems, and assist with integration projects across partners and internal teams.

You will work on server-side programming and system management, collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues, and help shape scalable solutions that enable health apps and wearables to empower users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
• Experience in server-side programming and server management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by changing and managing system configurations, diagnosing and fixing issues, and providing post-installation and integration support.
• Create and review process and design documentation, including work guidelines, specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to understand and analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
• Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
