Job summary

Simplyhealth is looking for a Telesales & Retention Executive in Reading, Berkshire. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, guiding them through plan options and benefits with a compliant, non-advised sales approach.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll meet sales and retention targets, handle inbound and outbound calls, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering excellent service and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or retention within a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of product features and benefits to support retention.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and, where possible, exceed individual sales and retention targets.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer conversations to maximise sales and retention opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Effectively manage workload to meet performance, productivity and response-time expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure FCA-regulated compliance.
• Complete administrative activities accurately and in line with processes.
• Contribute to team success and wider business objectives.
