Job summary

University of Southampton is recruiting a Health Placement and CPD Coordinator to deliver essential administrative support for the new MPharm programme and broaden CPD and placement activity across the School.

You will supervise a small team of placement administrators, coordinate diverse workloads, and collaborate with students, staff and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programmes and placements.

Qualifications

• Significant administrative experience, preferably in Higher Education.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced administrative setting.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide key administrative support for the MPharm programme and CPD provision.
• Support a range of activities across the School, including supervision of a small team of placement administrators.
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of academic programmes and placement activity.
