Your Role:

Due to growth within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager to join us on a hybrid basis in Feltham. You will be an integral part of the Market Access, Pricing, and Government & Public Affairs team, helping build robust economic value propositions for medicines to secure patient access to innovative treatments across the UK and ROI. Your responsibilities include executing HEOR strategies throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on pre-launch HTA workstreams. This role involves extensive engagement with local, regional, and global colleagues, as well as external stakeholders influencing market access, pricing, and reimbursement at both national and local levels.

Who you are:
  • Previous experience (pharmaceutical industry or related consultancy) in Health Economics
  • Experience with HTA submissions to UK and ROI agencies (NICE, SMC, NCPE) - desirable
  • Master's degree in health economics or a related discipline
  • Project management skills & experience - desirable
  • Experience with evidence synthesis (systematic literature review, indirect comparisons, etc.)
  • Economic modelling experience (cost-effectiveness, budget impact)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High level of numeracy, attention to detail, and capability for detailed data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in generating real-world evidence is desirable
  • A good understanding of NHS funding, pricing, commissioning, and market access processes
