Job summary

Ealing Council is seeking a Programme Manager for the Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) Ealing. This fixed-term, full-time role (24 months, 0.8 FTE considered) is based at Perceval House, Ealing and focuses on using evidence to reduce health inequalities.

The post involves senior leadership for HDRC Ealing, governance, budgeting, reporting and multi-stakeholder collaboration with local government, academia and voluntary sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programmes in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination and delivery of HDRC Ealing programme.
• Collaborate with council leadership, academic partners and communities.
• Coordinate NIHR reporting and milestone delivery.
• Develop reports and briefings for senior leaders and funders.
• Oversee programme budgets, resources, contracts and partnerships.
• Provide line management to HDRC Communications Lead and HDRC Project Officer.
• Promote HDRC Ealing impact locally, regionally and nationally.
