Job summary

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of the London Borough of Ealing for a Community Centre Coordinator. The role is based at Perceval House with hybrid working and regular travel to community centres across the borough.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day management, health and safety compliance, community engagement, and partnership development. You will oversee bookings, budgets and reporting, while leading staff and volunteers to deliver inclusive services for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing community centres or similar facilities.
• Ability to build partnerships with voluntary, community and statutory partners.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and building compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of community centres across the borough.
• Ensure centres are safe, compliant and well-maintained.
• Coordinate room bookings, timetables and operational schedules.
• Develop and coordinate community-led programmes and events.
• Lead staff and volunteers; monitor KPIs and outcomes.
• Promote centres through websites, newsletters and outreach.
