Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Proven experience advising in corporate or commercial law; health sector experience not essential.
• Excellent communication, organisation and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and develop relationships.
• Willingness to take ownership of client work and contribute to BD.

Aufgaben

• Supporting general practice and wider primary care clients with their commercial requirements.
• Advising on corporate forms and new business models and governance documents.
• Developing the national client base and relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Significant client contact and relationship management.
• Drafting terms and conditions including SLAs, partnerships, and data protection docs.
• Working on innovative contracting models (joint ventures, alliances) and governance.
• Assisting with NHS/healthcare M&A and healthtech matters.
• Advising on commercial and regulatory issues including information law.
• Supporting business development and representing the firm to clients and intermediaries.
• Promoting Hill Dickinson through networking and CSR initiatives.
