What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests and members warmly, making them feel welcome
• Manage bookings, schedules, and guest queries efficiently

• Communicate clearly via messages and emails
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
• Share guest feedback and contribute ideas for improvement
• Promote services naturally to guests
