Job summary

Norton House Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a Health Club & Spa Attendant for a part-time role (8 hours per week, 1 day out of 7). Based at Norton House Hotel, Newbridge, you will help maintain cleanliness and safety across the health club and spa areas.

You will interact with guests and members, delivering friendly and professional service while supporting reception as needed. A service charge bonus and staff benefits accompany a rewarding hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or spa environment is desirable.
• You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across health club and spa areas.
• You will work in a hands-on, customer-facing role with guests and members.

What will the role involve?

As a Health Club & Spa Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience for every member & guest. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the health club and spa, ensuring all areas are consistently inviting and well-stocked.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will interact with both hotel guests and members, offering a friendly, helpful, and professional service at all times. From carrying out regular cleaning duties and poolside safety checks, to supporting reception when needed, you'll take pride in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

This is a Part-time role working 1 day out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 8 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
