A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to provide essential care for service users in Wrexham. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best health outcomes, support patients with mental health challenges, and promote independent living. The ideal candidate is well-motivated, friendly, and passionate about helping others, with the ability to speak Welsh being a plus.
To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.
