Job Description:

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.

This is a permanent, full-time position with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.

We are seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join the AMU ward 2 at RAH. The successful candidate will work with a degree of autonomy under the supervision of the RN and use their advanced skills to deliver excellent care.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have experience as a Healthcare Support Worker in an inpatient hospital setting.

This role offers opportunities for skill development and career progression. You should be motivated to develop further, capable of working well with others and managing unpredictable workloads. Energy, flexibility, and a compassionate approach are essential.
