Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker - Clinical Care in Loddon. You will support patient care under multidisciplinary teams and contribute to safe, compassionate treatment. Experience with vital signs and e-observations is valued.

• To demonstrate effective, clear and accurate communication with patients and their families, to ensure they are kept up to date with the plans for care.
• To work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team ensuring good communication and handover between colleagues.
• To manage the care of a group of patients, demonstrating good planning and organisational skills.
• To understand duty of candour and speak with senior colleagues to discuss further if required.
• To demonstrate correct and safe practice of undertaking patients vital signs in accordance with area practice and systems, e.g. e-observations.
