Job description

Come and join our dedicated and friendly team on Ward E3 - General Medical Ward. We are looking for caring, compassionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated Healthcare Assistants ready to help us to provide high quality care and excellent patient experience.

We are a 35 bedded mixed gender ward. As a Healthcare Assistant you will be working very closely with the nurses and the rest of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a rapid recovery while a high quality care and safe discharge is provided.

The Healthcare Assistant role is key within our patients' treatment as you will be providing, supporting and encouraging patients with personal care, nutrition and hydration, mobility and safety.

We value the job and effort of every member of our team. We value every input from the team members that help the unit to improve and achieve the standards required by CQC and StARS accreditation, and we value good communication and team work, this is key for us.

This exciting opportunity will be permanent and involves rotation onto days and nights. Pop in and visit our unit and meet our fantastic team!

The Healthcare Assistant role is key to ensuring that our nursing teams are supported to deliver consistently, high quality, patient centered care.

Job Description

As a healthcare Assistant you will be expected to work within our dedicated multi-disciplinary teams and be involved in providing individualised care, assisting with patient hygiene and dressing, and meeting the nutritional needs whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

Communications
