A healthcare trust in Stockport is seeking caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join their team on Ward E3. Come and join our dedicated and friendly team on Ward E3 - General Medical Ward. We are looking for caring, compassionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated Healthcare Assistants ready to help us to provide high quality care and excellent patient experience.
We are a 35 bedded mixed gender ward. As a Healthcare Assistant you will be working very closely with the nurses and the rest of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a rapid recovery while a high quality care and safe discharge is provided.
The Healthcare Assistant role is key within our patients' treatment as you will be providing, supporting and encouraging patients with personal care, nutrition and hydration, mobility and safety.
