Main Duties

• Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home environment.
• Monitoring service user’s conditions and reporting any changes to the management team.
• Assisting with meal preparation.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for service users, including cleanliness of service user’s home to meet health and safety requirements.

Other tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Light fires or operate other sources of warmth.
• Ensuring good quality of life by using home facilities for laundry and dishwashing.
• Undertaking essential shopping when required.
• Administering and recording medications.
• Assisting with the collection of medicines from the pharmacy when required.

Qualifications
