About Bluebird Care

Bluebird Care was established in 2004 with a clear and impactful mission: to deliver high-quality care that enables individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes. The company was founded by Paul and Lisa Tarsey, who, driven by the need for more flexible and personalized care options, transitioned from residential care services to a home care model that prioritizes the customer. This approach focuses on providing dignified, respectful care tailored to individual needs while supporting independence and overall quality of life.

Today, Bluebird Care operates over 220 franchise offices across the UK and Ireland, making it one of the largest home care providers. While each office is independently owned and operated, all remain united under the Bluebird Care brand and ethos: to provide exceptional, tailored care that meets the unique needs of each customer.
