Job summary

Temp All Staffing Ltd is recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing team across the region. We offer day and night shifts with flexible hours to suit your needs and provide full training, uniforms, and ongoing support.

In this role you will deliver person-centred care, assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and medication, while promoting independence, dignity and respect for residents. Prior UK care experience (6 months) is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a UK care role.
• Full training provided.
• Dignity and respect in client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and assess client needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and continence care.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect in all interactions.
• Support participation in recreational activities and assist with medication when required.

Job Role

Our health care assistants and support workers will: –

Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:

• Manual Handling and Mobility
• Fluid and Nutritional Intake
• Personal Care
• Dressing
• Continence Care
• Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
• Participation in recreational activities
• Prompt and assist with medication when required

Education, Skills and Qualifications

Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, at least 6 month’s experience working within a UK Care Role is essential.
