Temp All Staffing Ltd is recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our expanding team across the Essex region. We offer roles with day and night shifts, and a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Your responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and respect. Full training is provided, with ongoing support and flexible hours to fit your needs.

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK care role is essential.

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to expand our growing team. We have exciting positions in various care settings throughout the region and have flexibility around day and night shifts, whichever suit your needs.

Job Role

Our health care assistants and support workers will: -

Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:

• Manual Handling and Mobility
• Fluid and Nutritional Intake
• Personal Care
• Dressing
• Continence Care
• Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
• Participation in recreational activities
• Prompt and assist with medication when required

Education, Skills and Qualifications

Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, at least 6 months experience working within a UK Care Role is essential.
