Job summary

Community Care Live in Southampton is seeking Day and Night Care Assistants to join a warm, welcoming team delivering compassionate care, daily living support and safety for residents in their homes.

You will build trust with residents and families, tailor care to individual needs, and help residents retain independence while working as part of a supportive care team.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
