We are currently looking for full and part time Support workers to work in a long-term complex care package in the BA3 Radstock area. The ideal applicant must have experience working with service users with Autism and epilepsy. The position will be ongoing workingMonday to Sunday 9am to 5pmeach day working with the teenage service user, ensuring meaningful engagement and promoting a safe, stable environment.

Clover Care Group offers free training and ongoing support for all our Support workers, with dedicated Clinical support supervisors who will always be at hand. We strategically work with you to develop you career in care with ongoing professional development.

The applicant must have the following qualifications:

• Experience providing personal care and structured support in complex care package/ private service users home
• A validUK driving licenceis essential
• Administering medication
• Must have theright to work in the UK–we do not offer sponsorship
• Confident in following care plans, including administering medication and monitoring wellbeing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider care team
• Empathetic, patient, and reliable with a focus on building positive client relationships
• Minimum6 months’ recent experiencein a healthcare or support role within the UK
