• Assist with toileting, incontinence care and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Support with daily living tasks and provide emotional support.
• Assist with medication management if required.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to policies and professional standards and ensure accurate record-keeping.
